Reports based on ingredient listings indicate the Korean product uses salmon-derived PDRN high in the formula, while the main US listing is a rose-derived vegan version with the ingredient far lower. Sizes match at 30 ml. Two Amazon listings exist and appear to correspond to different versions, so read the ingredient list on the one you open.

10,000 ppm is 1%, and that is unusually high for this category
Medicube's Korean page publishes PDRN at 10,000 ppm. For comparison, Anua prints 100 ppm for its PDRN serum and Mediheal prints 100 ppb for its PDRN pad. Same buzzword, wildly different amounts.
Salmon in Korea, rose in the US
An ingredient database comparison indicates the Korean version uses salmon-derived PDRN listed high in the formula, while the main US version uses a rose-derived (vegan) PDRN positioned far lower. If the ingredient is your reason for buying, this matters more than the price.
It sold well before anyone in English was talking about it
Korean trade press reported four million units of this ampoule in its first year and fifteen million across Medicube's PDRN line, along with a first-place finish in Olive Young's 2024 skincare awards.

Is 1% PDRN a lot?
It is high relative to the other PDRN products we have checked — a hundred times Anua's published figure and far above Mediheal's. Whether 1% produces a visible result is not something the label can tell you.
Which Amazon listing should I buy?
Whichever one states the version you want. Reports indicate one listing is the rose-derived vegan version and another is the salmon-derived one. The ingredient list on the listing page is the only reliable way to tell.
Salmon or rose — does it matter?
If you avoid animal-derived ingredients, yes. If you are buying for the ingredient itself, the concentration and its position in the list matter more than the source, and those differ between the two versions.
What we could not verify
