Round Lab publishes the full ingredient list but gives no percentage for the deep sea mineral water or anything else. The product is positioned by feel and price rather than by strength.
The category it ranks in is water toners, not treatments
On Glowpick it sits in water toners — the mild, high-volume end of the shelf. Reading it as a treatment toner sets an expectation the product is not built for.
Price is the argument
At 15,000 KRW for 200 ml it is cheap enough to use generously on a cotton pad, which is how it is used in Korea. A toner you ration is a toner that does nothing.

Does it actually exfoliate?
Mildly. It is grouped with water toners rather than acid toners in Korea, so treat it as gentle daily upkeep rather than a resurfacing step.
Which size should I buy?
The 500 ml if you use cotton pads, the 200 ml if you pat it in with your hands. Both are the same formula.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It is positioned as a mild, everyday toner, which is why it often comes up as a fallback when something stronger caused irritation. That is positioning, not a guarantee — patch-test anything new.
What we could not verify
Korean retail sites and Amazon block automated reading, so some numbers you see quoted elsewhere could not be confirmed at the source. We would rather list them than print a number we cannot stand behind.
